The Northland Coalition is excited to contribute to sustainable reductions in youth substance use by supporting strategies aimed to build protective factors and reduce risk factors throughout Clay County. In order to build upon and sustain collaboration, mini-grant funding is available to local prevention coalitions, youth prevention clubs/advisory councils, prevention programs, and schools. Funding will be available for projects in Clay County that are based on evidence-based prevention science, target a youth substance use problem or related protective/risk factor, and include a feasible action plan and budget.
